The Famous About Us Page

This site is established with the hope to provide a service to the communities in which I work. There is also the hope that there might be a revenue stream through the advertising supported business model. The size of the revenue stream will depend on the traffic generated by the sites.

I started playing around with a web site a couple of years ago. Then last winter I put a bit more thought into the design and coherency of the original site. I ended up with a personal web site and a site for my business. I added a good deal of content over the summer and learned a bit more about web design and also learned about standards based design.

In the fall I redid my sites to be more standards compliant. I did not change much about the physical layout, but I did major work under the hood. When the rebuild was completed I completely reloaded the sites.

I have continued to learn and now have just uploaded version 3.0 of those sites. The original color scheme is gone, but the information is still there. I will be watching my stats to see if the new look seems more attractive to my visitors.

About Me

My primary business is in sound reinforcement and lighting. My major account for the last 12 years has been a company that operates venues at major motorcycle rallies around the country. I also do four conventions a year with the Church of God - Cocoa office.

In between these events I do some concerts and some other events. I still work a club date with a band from time to time. If you are interested in checking out the other sites the business site is AudioArt Sound, and my personal site can be found HERE.

I also build websites, more or less, as a hobby. I have a number of sites listed on a page that is linked to at the bottom of each page on this site.

What do you think about this?
